Key Responsibilities
1. Client Support & Communication
- Assist the Sales Deputy Director in managing major client accounts
- Answer and screen phone calls on behalf of the Sales Deputy Director
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with clients on orders, quotations, and documentation
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients
2. Sales Coordination & Order Management
- Take over client order processing when required
- Prepare and issue sales quotations
- Follow up on quotation approvals
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Update and maintain sales records and client databases
3. Tender & Documentation Support
- Prepare and submit tender documents as required
- Ensure all required documents are accurate and submitted before deadlines
- Coordinate with relevant departments for supporting documents
4. Administrative Support
- Schedule meetings and manage appointments
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations using power point
- Handle general administrative duties related to the sales department
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Attention to detail (especially for quotations and tenders)
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint Outlook)
- Diploma or Degree (in any disciple) from recognized institutions
- Possess min 2 year of relevant experience in client/ accounts management
- A passion for business development and people
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a strong desire to foster lasting client relationships & assist clients in their hiring needs
- Self-driven, great communication and problem solving skills, willing to learn
