Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Support & Communication

  • Assist the Sales Deputy Director in managing major client accounts
  • Answer and screen phone calls on behalf of the Sales Deputy Director
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow up with clients on orders, quotations, and documentation
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients

2. Sales Coordination & Order Management

  • Take over client order processing when required
  • Prepare and issue sales quotations
  • Follow up on quotation approvals
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Update and maintain sales records and client databases

3. Tender & Documentation Support

  • Prepare and submit tender documents as required
  • Ensure all required documents are accurate and submitted before deadlines
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for supporting documents

4. Administrative Support

  • Schedule meetings and manage appointments
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations using power point
  • Handle general administrative duties related to the sales department


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Attention to detail (especially for quotations and tenders)
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint Outlook)
  • Diploma or Degree (in any disciple) from recognized institutions
  • Possess min 2 year of relevant experience in client/ accounts management
  • A passion for business development and people
  • A friendly and outgoing personality with a strong desire to foster lasting client relationships & assist clients in their hiring needs
  • Self-driven, great communication and problem solving skills, willing to learn
