As part of Xignam Consulting's front-line team, the Client Success Executive (Sales Department) focuses on building relationships, converting leads, and driving business growth. You'll serve as the trusted first point of contact for individuals and companies seeking Singapore immigration or business relocation solutions.
This is not a cold-calling role, it's a consultative, relationship-driven position where empathy, credibility, and strategy matter as much as sales performance.
Reports to: Client Success Manager / Operations Lead
Seniority: Mid-level (open to strong junior candidates with potential)
1. Manage incoming leads and proactively reach out to potential clients through WhatsApp, WeChat, email, or phone.
2. Conduct professional consultations to understand clients goals (PR, Citizenship, Work Pass, or Incorporation) and recommend the most suitable solution.
3. Present Xignam's unique approach and demonstrate understanding of Singapore's immigration ecosystem to build trust and confidence.
4. Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals, referrals, and cross-service opportunities.
5. Ensure smooth handover to the Operations Department after deal closure, providing full background and expectations for a seamless client experience.
6. Identify and develop new lead sources through partnerships, events, social media engagement, and referrals.
7. Collaborate with marketing to generate campaigns that attract qualified prospects.
8. Represent Xignam at networking events, business forums, and community platforms to grow brand visibility.
9. Contribute ideas to expand service offerings and improve client acquisition strategies.
10. Keep a strong personal network and maintain a professional online presence that reflects Xignam's brand.
11. Manage leads, opportunities, and client communications within HubSpot CRM, ensuring timely updates and accurate records.
12. Prepare weekly sales reports, tracking conversion rates, lead sources, and client feedback.
13. Work closely with the Operations and Expatriate Relations teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery capabilities.

. Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
. Strong communication and presentation skills able to explain complex processes simply and confidently.
. Outgoing personality with empathy and strong relationship-building instincts.
. Professional written and spoken English (additional languages a plus).
. Familiarity with Singapore immigration and company incorporation landscape preferred (training provided).
. Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot), and basic understanding of AI-assisted tools for sales communication.
. Goal-oriented, resilient, and proactive in following up with clients.
. Adhere strictly to PDPA and Xignam's confidentiality standards.
. Handle client information with discretion, ensuring privacy and compliance across all communication channels.
