JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the planning and execution of operational projects that enhance business efficiency and client engagement
- Coordinate daily operations across departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery
- Monitor operational and business performance metrics while preparing reports for management review
- Work closely with internal teams to improve processes, service quality and overall operational effectiveness
- Analyse business data and client engagement trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Participate in meetings, track action items and ensure timely follow-ups on operational and business initiatives
- Support operational planning, resource coordination and implementation of strategic business initiatives
- Assist in maintaining client relationships, supporting business development activities and ensuring high service standards
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to take on challenges
- A keen interest in business, finance, or consulting-related roles
