Overview
We are looking for a highly organised, personable and hands-on Project Manager to support delivery across two client projects over an initial 3-month contract period (May-July), with potential extension later in the year.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced agency environments, can manage multiple moving parts, and enjoys being the bridge between clients, creative teams, production partners and developers.
You will work closely with leadership to ensure projects run smoothly, timelines are met, stakeholders are aligned, and clients feel well supported.
Key Projects
1. Website Build Project
- Manage delivery of a new website build for a key client
- Coordinate between Singapore client stakeholders and offshore development team
- Run timelines, milestones, feedback rounds and QA process
- Ensure communication is clear, timely and professional
2. Brand Activation / Asset Production Project
- Oversee production of campaign / activation assets across multiple formats
- Coordinate designers, vendors, production partners and internal teams
- Track deadlines, approvals and revisions
- Ensure smooth rollout and delivery
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day project management across assigned accounts
- Build project timelines and keep all parties accountable
- Lead status meetings and follow-up actions
- Manage client communications professionally and confidently
- Anticipate bottlenecks and solve issues proactively
- Coordinate offshore vendors / freelancers where needed
- Track deliverables, budgets and scope changes
- Support founders / leadership team with account servicing needs
Requirements
- Based in Singapore
- Strong communicator with excellent client-facing skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience managing website / digital projects
- Familiarity with web builds (UX/UI, dev process, CMS, testing, launch workflows)
- Experience in agency, marketing, events or production environments preferred
- Able to juggle multiple deadlines calmly
- Proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable working with regional / remote teams
Contract Terms
- Initial 3-month contract (May-July)
- Potential extension for future project phases (Sept-Nov)
- Flexible / hybrid working arrangement
- Monthly retainer / project fee based on experience
