Client Partner – Large Account (Telecom)

Location: Singapore

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Client Partner – Large Account to own and grow a strategic Telecom account from an IT services and consulting perspective.

This is a hands‑on senior individual contributor role with end‑to‑end ownership of a marquee client relationship. The Client Partner acts as the single point of accountability — responsible for business growth, CXO relationships, deal shaping, and delivery alignment.

This role is ideal for professionals who have built their careers within IT services or consulting firms and are comfortable operating at the intersection of sales, delivery governance, and executive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Account Ownership & Growth

  • Own the end‑to‑end relationship for a large Telecom client
  • Develop and execute a long‑term account strategy to grow wallet share
  • Identify new opportunities across IT services, digital, cloud, and managed services
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders

CXO Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain relationships with CIO, CTO, COO, and Business Leaders
  • Lead executive meetings, governance forums, and business reviews
  • Represent the client's voice internally and manage escalations proactively

Consultative Sales & Commercial Ownership

  • Lead opportunity qualification, deal shaping, proposals, and negotiations
  • Own revenue targets, margin, and forecast accuracy
  • Drive closure of complex, multi‑year, multi‑tower IT services deals

Delivery & Cross‑Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with delivery leaders to ensure execution excellence
  • Ensure SLA adherence, quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, solutions, and leadership teams

What We're Looking For (Mandatory)

  • 12–20 years of experience in an IT services / consulting organization
  • Proven experience selling IT services to Telecom clients
  • Prior roles such as Client Partner, Account Partner, Account Director
  • Experience owning large, complex enterprise or telecom accounts
  • Strong background in consultative, solution‑led selling
  • Comfortable engaging CXO‑level stakeholders
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
