About The Job
This is a pivotal, high-impact global role reporting directly to the CEO. You will be the architect of the global onboarding process, ensuring seamless, best-in-class experiences. Your core responsibilities will include managing advanced KYC/AML procedures, performing critical due diligence on international partner agreements, and structuring a robust compliance framework that supports business growth while mitigating global risk.
Skills And Experience Required
You should have at least 3 years of experience in KYC, AML, and Client Onboarding within financial services (preferably Insurance or Wealth Management), with exceptional analytical and research skills for conducting thorough partner due diligence. You should possess outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence at the C-suite level. In order to succeed, you should be proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the drive to operate independently in a global capacity.
