Job Description

Location: WCEGA Tower@ Bukit Batok
Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9-6pm

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Fulfilment Executive to join our growing team. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, timely client communication, and effective coordination across our transportation and e-commerce businesses.

You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders and bookings, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining operational accuracy in client fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Order Processing

  • Manage customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and online platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Process bookings and orders accurately, ensuring all client requirements are clearly documented.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
  • Provide updates to clients regarding order or booking status.

Payment & Documentation Management

  • Assist in monitoring customer payments and coordinating with the finance team for timely updates.
  • Maintain proper filing of quotations, invoices, and payment records.

E-commerce Operations

  • Manage product listings and customer enquiries on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Carousell, etc.).
  • Track, process, and fulfil online orders accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate stock movements and ensure product availability.

Inventory & Fulfilment Control

  • Maintain and monitor inventory control processes, ensuring stock accuracy and timely replenishment.
  • Support logistics and dispatch planning for both transport and e-commerce operations.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to management as required, including report preparation and operational coordination.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Level / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic e-commerce platform operations.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Responsible, meticulous, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
