Job Summary
You will coordinate and manage audit-related activities, prepare certification documents, maintain client records, and support operational tasks to ensure smooth certification processes.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage job orders to initiate and track audit processes efficiently
- Plan and schedule preliminary, certification, and surveillance audits to meet client and organizational timelines
- Prepare award letters and certification documents accurately to support client certification
- Maintain and update client databases to ensure current and accessible records
- Perform filing, documentation, and coordination tasks to support audit and administrative workflows
- Follow up on pre- and post-audit activities to ensure timely completion of all audits.
- Monitor and keep track of manpower utilisation
- Support by executing ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) to produce and manage documentation
- Detail-oriented and organized to handle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy
- Independent and proactive in managing workload and meeting deadlines
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience to support audit and certification activities
