Overview:
The Data Management Officer is a key member in the Client Account Modification department.
Responsible for data maintenance in T24, CRM,Filler, eBanking, etc for client portfolios and agents (EAM/EFA/Finder relationships), as well as handling of ad-hoc client output requests.
Description:
Deliver consistent service and meet the established SLAs (Service Level Agreements) while complying with the Bank's policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
