Business Development
- Contribute to the stores business success by achieving and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a strong commercial mindset, and deep product knowledge.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored recommendations and complementary products that enhance their experience with CELINE. Utilize cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and introduce clients to the full range of CELINEs offerings.
Team development
- Foster a positive team spirit by collaborating closely with your colleagues, supporting each other in achieving both individual and collective goals.
- Contribute to a harmonious work environment where every team member feels valued and motivated to deliver their best.
Client Development
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by welcoming, advising, and providing unparalleled service to each client, ensuring their journey with CELINE is memorable.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through personalized clienteling, cultivating loyalty and long-term connections. Leverage cross-selling strategies to deepen client engagement and drive repeat purchases.
Operations Excellence
- Uphold CELINEs standards of compliance by adhering to internal procedures and guidelines, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
Image & Brand
- Serve as a CELINE ambassador, embodying the Maisons values and excellence in every client interaction.
- Share the rich history and stories behind our products, captivating clients with engaging storytelling that deepens their connection to the brand.
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and personal presentation, contributing to the elegant and sophisticated image of CELINE.
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
Experience:
- You bring at least 1 year of professional experience in sales, within the fashion or luxury industry.
Competencies:- Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of CELINE&aposs products,heritage,and brand identity.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships.
- A passion for challenges and a collective drive to achieve set objectives.
- Initiative, a sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy are crucial for success at CELINE.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic retail environment.
- Strong ethical compass and commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility.
Languages: Fluent in English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
