Key Responsibilities:
. Oversee clients general accounts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
. Maintain up-to-date records of account activities, transactions, and reconciliations.
. Monitor and follow up on client payments, send payment proof to the finance team, generate client account statements, and provide performance updates.
. Monitor client account, analyze account trends, and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations to support business growth.
. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries, issues, and escalations professionally and promptly.
. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust.
. Conduct regular check-ins, review meetings, and feedback sessions to align with client goals and expectations.
. Provide feedback and insights from clients to internal stakeholders to improve processes and offerings.
Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
. High level of integrity and attention to detail in financial and client account management.
. Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
. Team player with collaborative mindset and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
