The company, which handles personal care and nutritional supplements, is currently seeking a candidate to join them as an Account Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer accounts and deliver comprehensive support to ensure continued qualification status.
• Communicate updates regarding new company programs, policies, procedures, and any relevant changes.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, balancing company policies with individual customer needs.
• Manage inbound phone calls and written communications, ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Business or relevant fields
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Account Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
