Job Summary
You will lead and manage a team of cleaners to ensure operational excellence and high-quality service delivery. You will coordinate daily manpower deployment, guide new staff, and liaise with management to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily manpower deployment to ensure optimal team coverage and productivity
- Communicate effectively with management to report on completed tasks, ongoing operations, and incorporate feedback for service improvement
- Train and guide new staff on daily job scopes to ensure consistent performance and adherence to standards
- Monitor and inspect completed work to maintain high-quality cleaning standards and operational compliance
- Manage periodic and ad-hoc operational duties to support seamless service delivery
- Address and resolve operational shortfalls by providing hands-on support and leadership as needed
- Command and control your team to maintain discipline, motivation, and alignment with organizational goals
- Report directly to management and operations personnel to ensure transparent communication and accountability
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Supervisory experience, particularly in condominium cleaning operations
- Relevant certifications in cleaning or facility management (considered an advantage)
