Key Responsibilities
Operations & Quality Control
Supervise daily cleaning activities at assigned sites and ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.
Conduct routine site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
Ensure proper cleaning methods are followed for different areas (toilets, common areas, offices, kitchens, etc.).
Ensure correct and safe use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and tools (including proper labeling and dilution where applicable).
Maintain high service standards and ensure work is completed on time.
Manpower & Scheduling
Prepare duty rosters and allocate manpower according to site requirements.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance of cleaning staff.
Train new staff and coach existing staff on work procedures, safety, and service standards.
Arrange replacement manpower when staff are on leave/MC or when urgent manpower gaps occur.
Client Communication
Liaise with site representatives/clients to receive feedback and handle service requests.
Address complaints professionally and escalate major issues to management when necessary.
Support special cleaning tasks or ad-hoc requests from clients.
Inventory & Documentation
Track and manage cleaning supplies, PPE, and equipment request replenishment when needed.
Maintain basic records such as attendance logs, inspection checklists, incident reports, and equipment logs.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company SOPs.
Report hazards, incidents, or accidents immediately and implement preventive measures.
