Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, coach, and deploy cleaning staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed cleaning tasks to ensure they meet quality, safety, and health standards.
- Operational Planning: Develop cleaning schedules,, rosters, and work plans for staff.
- Inventory & Equipment Management: Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials, order supplies, and ensure equipment is maintained or repaired.
- Client Relations: Liaise with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and address feedback.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members follow safety procedures, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Reporting: Submit daily, weekly, or monthly cleaning reports to management regarding staff attendance, inventory, and site performance.
