Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of cleaners to complete all scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect cleaning work to guarantee quality standards are met.
- Identif any issues or areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are well-stocked and properly maintained.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly.
- Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff to develop their skills and ensure consistent performance.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to cleaning activities.
- Assist the management team with administrative duties as required.
- Assign duties and monitor daily workload of cleaners.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report maintenance or repair needs to management.
- Prepare and submit reports on staff performance and cleaning status.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial cleaning environments.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting purposes.
