Job Summary
Support daily operations by coordinating with management and staff to maintain cleaning standards, manage resources, and promote a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Liaise daily with the Manager to communicate current tasks and assist in planning future activities
- Execute assigned duties efficiently while optimizing resource use
- Serve as a communication link between management and staff to ensure smooth information flow
- Maintain accurate control of stock, equipment, and consumables to support operations
- Request timely purchases of consumables, equipment, and materials to prevent shortages
- Monitor staff absenteeism and report findings promptly to the Manager
- Promote Health and Safety practices actively and report any breaches directly to the Manager
- Collaborate with members of other teams to support operational needs
- Inspect equipment regularly and arrange for replacement items as necessary
- Ensure cleaning standards are consistently met across all facilities and report any deficiencies to the Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team and company goals
Requirements:
- Physically fit - the role requires walking, lifting, bending, and other physical abilities
- Willingly to travel island wide
