Support the Operations and coordinate, scheduling, and supervise cleaning site staff.
Responsible to inspect job sites for proper cleaning and inventory cleaning supplies.
To attend to clients complaints promptly.
To resolve problems efficiently without unnecessary delay.
To be involved in the appointment of Supervisors and Cleaners
Train, instruct, and supervise the work of Supervisors and Cleaners
Ensure all works carried out by Supervisor and Cleaners as set out in their Job Descriptions are completed with due observation to appropriate Health & Safety requirements
Able to be hands-on when the situation requires and any other responsibility as assigned by superiors.
Distribute advance and monthly salary to employees.
