Job Overview
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Cleaning Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple client sites. The role involves managing cleaning teams, ensuring service quality, maintaining hygiene standards, and coordinating manpower deployment efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage cleaning staff across multiple locations (e.g. restaurants, commercial sites)
- Plan and deploy manpower schedules to ensure sufficient coverage
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Liaise with clients to handle feedback, complaints, and service improvements
- Train new cleaning staff on SOPs, safety procedures, and hygiene standards
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and arrange replenishment
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and hygiene regulations
- Prepare reports on operations, manpower, and incidents when required
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cleaning operations or facilities management
- Experience managing teams (preferably in F&B or commercial cleaning)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple sites
- Good communication skills (English required Mandarin/Burmese is a plus)
- Familiar with Singapore hygiene and safety standards
- Physically fit and willing to travel between job sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outsourcing/manpower deployment environment
- Knowledge of NEA cleaning standards
- Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, reporting)
Working Hours
- 6-day work week
- Flexible hours depending on operational needs (may include weekends/public holidays)
