Responsibilities :
1.Cleaning & Maintenance
o Cleaning and sanitization of offices premises like meeting and training rooms.
o Dust and clean furniture, equipment (like coffee machines, copiers) and fixtures.
o Clean floor surface by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of the floors.
o Empty trash bins and dispose wastes.
2.Room Setup and De Setup
Set up training rooms which include arranging partitions, chairs, set up audio-visual equipment etc.
3.Miscellaneous
o Replenish office cleaning and beverage supplies when low in supply.
o Respond to maintenance and safety issues matter.
o Special cleaning projects and handles ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirement :
1. Min GCE O Level
2. Preferably someone with two (2) years experience in routine maintenance, sanitation, and cleaning of office, equipment, facilities upkeep.
3. Physically fit, able to stand for long periods and carry out manual cleaning tasks
4. Available and willing to work on weekends to support the Company's events and / or launches when required.
