Job Description:
1.Operations & Maintenance
. Conduct daily inspections and resolve issues related to building operations and M&E systems
. Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BAS/EMS, security surveillance, and access systems
. Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment to minimize downtime
. Respond promptly to tenant service requests and emergencies
. Optimize energy efficiency and occupant comfort through BAS & EMS optimization
2. Administrative & Compliance
. Maintain maintenance logs, equipment records, and inventory of spare parts
. Ensure compliance with OSHA, MOM, SCDF, BCA, SFA, and NEA regulations
. Assist with budget planning, permits, and contractor management
3. Safety & Security
. Serve as a key responder for after-hours emergencies
. Enforce company safety policies and participate in safety drills
. Ensure life safety systems are fully operational and compliant
4. Sustainability & Projects
. Identify energy-saving opportunities and operational improvements
. Support facility upgrades, sustainability initiatives, and efficiency projects
Job Requirements:
. Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent
. Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in commercial/factory building operations and maintenance
. Strong, proven technical knowledge in two or more of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or controls
. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and operational manuals
. Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS)
. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
. Must be available for occasional overtime, weekend work, and a rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergencies
