FACILITIES MAINTENANCE OFFICER

Provide high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within customer premises.

Pratice good service acts by greeting others , smiling and saying thank you to customer and collegues

Project professional image with proper grooming

Manage works excution and meet the required contractual standards

Performed cleaning duties in assigned areas and cover staff duty whenever required (eg staff on leave , mc , absent)

Meet the cleanliness and hygiene standard and ensure compliance to health & Safety Procedures and pratices

Handle cleaning equipment such as vaccum cleaners and other general household cleaning equipment

Able work in GMP enviroment and required to wear PPE(gowning , mask , hairnet and N95 mask)

Able to performed overtime and work on weekends

Check equipment reqularly and alert superior of any fault
