- Assist the Project Director/Project Manager in overseeing construction activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of work schedules in line with the master and detailed work programs.
- Review drawings, plans, and variation orders to ensure structural integrity, performing necessary calculations and applying modelling methods to validate design accuracy.
- Support the planning and tendering phases by evaluating environmental considerations, regulatory requirements, construction costs, and risk assessments to develop comprehensive design analyses.
- Ensure project progress aligns with the schedule, maintain quality standards, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical or drawing-related issues promptly.
- Liaise with consultants and authorities on technical matters and drawings, while coordinating site activities with subcontractors.
- Provide guidance and supervision to site personnel on construction works.
- Promote and enforce site safety, including the preparation of safe work procedures in collaboration with safety personnel.
