As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant (CA) to support clinic operations, deliver an exceptional patient experience, and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.
Position Overview
The Chiropractic Assistant plays a vital support role within the clinic. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth front-of-house operations, delivering a warm and professional patient experience, and supporting patients in understanding and committing to their recommended care plans.
This role is ideal for a confident, organised, and people-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and takes pride in providing excellent service and support.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Front Desk Support
. Deliver a warm, professional, and welcoming experience to all patients.
. Greet patients by name and assist with check-in and preparation for treatment.
. Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, and recalls.
. Support smooth patient flow throughout the day.
. Handle patient enquiries with confidence, care, and professionalism.
. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure clinic systems are used effectively.
Clinic Operations & Administration
. Ensure daily clinic cleanliness, organisation, and readiness.
. Prepare treatment areas and support chiropractors as required.
. Assist with administrative tasks including payment processing and documentation.
. Monitor schedules to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
. Support implementation of clinic procedures and service standards.
Patient Communication & Care Plan Support
. Confidently explain care plans, pricing, and payment options as prescribed by the chiropractor.
. Follow up with patients to support their commitment to recommended care.
. Educate patients on wellness goals and the importance of ongoing care.
. Maintain strong, positive relationships that encourage patient retention.
Education & Communication
. Communicate clearly, compassionately, and confidently at all times.

. Represent the clinic's values and professional standards consistently.
Requirements
. Experience as a Chiropractic Assistant, Medical Receptionist, or similar healthcare/customer-facing role preferred.
. Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
. Comfortable discussing care plans and payment options in a professional, ethical manner.
. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy clinic setting.
. Proficiency with scheduling systems, CRM software, and basic office technology.
. A genuine interest in health, wellness, and helping people improve their quality of life.
. Calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure.
Working Hours
. 5 to 5.5 days per week, including Saturdays.
. Weekday shifts include evening hours to support patient demand.
. Flexibility may be required based on clinic scheduling needs
. Short mandatory training after clinic hours will be required once per month
