Job Summary
Kirolounge is seeking a proactive, disciplined, and service-driven Chiropractic Assistant who thrives in a structured clinical environment to support patient care, clinic operations, and community outreach.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate patient flow
- Coordinate daily clinic operations to maintain punctual service and smooth workflow
- Explain chiropractic care processes clearly and confidently to patients to enhance understanding and engagement
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in patients professionally to provide excellent customer service
- Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date administrative records for clinic operations
- Prepare adjustment rooms and maintain hygiene standards to support clinical readiness and patient safety
- Assist Chiropractors with scans, documentation, and report preparation to facilitate effective patient care
- Update patient records using clinic management systems to ensure accurate and confidential information management
- Check and maintain operational readiness of devices and equipment to support clinical procedures
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with privacy standards
- Reinforce doctor's care recommendations with clarity and confidence to support patient adherence
- Assist in explaining care plans and scheduling follow-up appointments to promote continuous care
- Follow up with patients who miss appointments or become inactive to encourage re-engagement
- Track and manage patient pipelines to support clinic growth and patient retention
- Assist during corporate talks and community health events to promote chiropractic awareness
- Conduct posture screening under supervision to support patient assessments
- Capture and post basic social media content on IG, FB & TikTok to enhance clinic outreach and engagement
Required competencies and certifications
- Able to work evenings and Saturdays to meet clinic operational needs
