We are seeking a friendly and organized chiropractic assistant/front desk coordinator to join our team and contribute to delivering outstanding patient experiences.

Responsibilities:
. Greet patients, with professional and friendly attitude to create welcoming environment.
. Check in patients, and handle registration and payment processes efficiently.
. Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, text messages and handling patient inquiries with positive attitude.
. Coordinate patient schedules, appointments, and bookings
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and databases
. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
. Responding to patient concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner with positive attitude.
. Must be a team worker by collaborating with chiropractors and other clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.
. Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents
. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Requirements:
We are looking for a friendly, highly motivated and customer-focused individual to handle front desk operations and multiple administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, providing exceptional patient service, and maintaining a positive clinic environment.
. Fluent in English and Mandarin preferably.
. 1 Year experience working in a chiropractic or healthcare clinic will be an asset, but not required.
. Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast paced environment with attention to details.
. A fast learner with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software applications
. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
