Role DescriptionThe Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a senior executive responsible for defining and executing the company's technology strategy. The CTO leads engineering and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the company's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead engineering, IT, and technical teams to deliver high-quality products and infrastructure.
- Oversee software development, system architecture, and technology operations.
- Ensure technology solutions meet security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
- Drive innovation and evaluate emerging technologies for adoption.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology with business objectives.
- Establish development standards, processes, and best practices.
- Manage budgets, resources, and technology investments.
- Mentor and build high-performing technology teams.
- Represent the company in technical discussions with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in technology leadership or executive roles.
- Strong knowledge of software development, system architecture, and IT operations.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale technology projects or teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills- Experience in scaling technology in fast-growing organizations or startups.
