Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the end-to-end product vision for Intrepid's AI-native SaaS platform
- Build a unified roadmap across ecommerce operations, social commerce, creator economy, marketing automation, and analytics
- Translate service capabilities into scalable product modules and platform architecture
- Identify and prioritize new product opportunities across markets, customer segments, and commerce ecosystems
- Ensure platform scalability with a modular, API-first, AI-native architecture
Market, Customer & Ecosystem Insight
- Track SEA and China ecommerce trends including TikTok Shop, live commerce, and creator-led commerce models
- Translate market shifts into differentiated product capabilities and roadmap priorities
- Conduct continuous customer discovery with brands, retailers, distributors, and creators
- Monitor competitors, AI technologies, and ecosystem platforms to inform build vs partner decisions
- Develop deep understanding of marketplace, social commerce, and affiliate ecosystems
Product Execution & Leadership
- Lead and scale a high-performing product organization (PMs, UX, product ops, data PMs)
- Partner closely with CTO and engineering to align product architecture with AI and data infrastructure
- Establish product operating systems including discovery, experimentation, and OKR frameworks
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with commercial, marketing, operations, and business development teams
- Ensure strong product delivery discipline balancing speed, quality, and innovation
Performance, Growth & Product P&L Ownership
- Define product success metrics including GMV impact, ROAS uplift, automation rates, and cost efficiency
- Own product portfolio performance including adoption, retention, revenue contribution, and margin impact
- Build experimentation-led culture (hypothesis → test → learn → scale)
- Define pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies based on value and outcomes delivered
- Partner with finance and commercial teams on product-led revenue models
AI, Data & Platform Development
- Drive integration of AI/ML and generative AI into product capabilities (automation, optimization, content generation)
- Build data-driven product systems enabling real-time insights and decision intelligence
- Collaborate with data engineering teams on unified data models and analytics infrastructure
- Champion agentic AI capabilities for ecommerce and marketing workflows
Stakeholder & Ecosystem Engagement
- Act as a key external-facing product leader with enterprise clients and strategic partners
- Translate client needs into scalable platform capabilities
- Influence ecosystem partnerships across marketplaces, creators, and technology providers
- Represent product vision in commercial discussions and strategic engagements
