Porsche Asia Pacific Pte Ltd commenced operations on October 1st, 2001 and was founded to give Porsche closer ties with Asia Pacific markets that are becoming increasingly important. Porsche Asia Pacific supports the operation of importers and dealers in 13 countries: Brunei, Cambodia, French Polynesia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, New Caledonia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam.
Tasks
- Develop and continuously refine the regional corporatestrategy, ensuring alignment with global direction, market-specific requirements and overarching industry developments
- Steer key strategic planning processes, includingannual business plan, target setting and preparation for senior governance meetings
- Lead the regional product portfolio including pricing ensuring competitive and market-appropriate positioning and solutions
- Manage product‑related timelines and information flows, ensuring effective communication and coordination with all relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate the regional strategic project portfolio, monitor progress and support decision preparation
- Drive organisational development and optimisation initiatives, promoting operational excellence and cross‑functional collaboration
- Lead and develop the regional strategy, corporate development and product team, fostering collaboration, professional growth and a high‑performance culture
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification
- 7-10+ years of experience in Strategy, Product Management, Marketing or Business Development, including at least 3 years in the premium automotive sector
- Demonstrated leadership capability in a dynamic and complex business setting
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultural and business environments
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills, and ability to motivate and inspire the team
- Preferably previous professional experience in a multi-cultural environment
