Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Chief Operating Officer (COO) role located in Singapore. The COO will oversee daily operations, ensure business objectives align with strategic goals, and enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities include creating and implementing operational policies, managing budgets, reviewing financial processes, and contributing to strategic business planning. Collaboration with various departments to meet organizational targets and ensure smooth operations will also be key.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management, with experience in optimizing workflows and processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve performance metrics
• Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting for effective resource allocation and financial planning
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
