COO - Chief Operating Officer

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, allowing for a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. You will collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies, manage company budgets, and analyze operational performance. Additionally, the COO will lead cross-functional teams to optimize internal processes and drive overall growth and success.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management to ensure effective organizational strategies and smooth day-to-day execution.
• Proficiency in Financial Management, including Budgeting and Finance, to manage resources and improve financial performance.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving in complex situations.
• Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; a master's or MBA would be an added advantage.
