25YearsMore.com is a purpose-driven startup on a mission to help people design and live a longer, more fulfilling life not just in years, but in quality. By reimagining what the next 25 years can look like for individuals over 50, we offer community, tools, and resources that support growth, wellness, and reinvention at every stage.

We are currently in our early stages and are building a lean, passionate team committed to creating programs, content, and experiences that support wellness, engagement, and a vibrant second act in life.

This is a Voluntary role for the first 6 months, followed by equity and then salaries as we make revenue. So please apply if you wish to work in this capacity and are financially able to support yourself for a while.

Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership.

Collaborate with the CEO to define and implement the company's strategic roadmap

Translate high-level goals into actionable operational plans

Manage and optimize internal processes to support scale and efficiency

Program Execution & Growth

Drive execution of all programs, including membership offerings, digital products, events, and content initiatives

Revenue & Marketing

Lead strategies for revenue growth including subscriptions, partnerships, events, and sponsorships

Guide brand positioning, messaging, and audience growth across digital platforms

Foster an inclusive, vibrant community experience for 25YearsMore members

Help build and lead a small, mission-aligned team of volunteers and contractors

Cultivate external relationships with strategic partners, sponsors, and collaborators

Qualifications

* Management experience is building a global business

* Financial stability to be able to start on a volunteer basis, then be paid on equity, then salary as the company generates revenue

* Experience is working in startup, either as Enterpreneur or Intrapreneur

* Strong background in marketing, revenue development, program management, or strategic operation

*Comfortable operating in a resource-constrained, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment
