1. Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Lead the execution of company strategies, ensuring alignment with direction from the management.
- Develop and implement operational plans, KPIs, and performance frameworks to support strategic objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational innovation across functions.
B. Operational Management
- Oversee end-to-end operations, including service delivery and facility management.
- Ensure operational excellence through robust systems, processes, and governance.
- Monitor financial and operational metrics, proactively addressing variances and risks.
- Establish and enforce high standards for clients service, quality control, and compliance.
C. Organizational Leadership & Culture
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and operational teams.
- Promote a culture of accountability, empowerment, and high performance.
- Ensure workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning are in place.
D. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with all the HODs to deliver integrated services.
- Act as primary leader of day-to-day operations.
E. Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Implement and monitor risk mitigation frameworks across operational areas.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, financial, and safety requirements.
- Provide timely reporting to the management on operational performance, risk posture, and strategic progress.
F. Executive Leadership
- Managing daily operations and cross-functional coordination.
- Making data-driven operational decisions within delegated authority.
- Representing the organization in operational meetings, stakeholder interactions, and internal communication forums.
