We are now expanding in Singapore and looking for a highly experienced
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance, compliance, and regulatory efforts in the region.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee full accounting, payroll, reporting, and audits for ZEN.COM PTE.
- Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting to MAS under the Payment Services Act (PSA).
- Own capital adequacy and safeguarding of customer funds processes.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Manage relationships with MAS, auditors, banks, and external advisors.
- Support ZEN's global expansion in Asia.
What We Expect
- Resident in Singapore, meeting MAS Fit & Proper criteria.
- 5+ years in fintech, including at least 3 years in Major Payment Institutions in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of PSA, MAS rules, capital adequacy, safeguarding, and AML/CFT.
- Proven leadership in financial controls, governance, and risk management.
