Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance partner to the CEO and senior leadership, providing financial insight and guidance on key business and investment decisions
• Lead group-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modelling
• Establish performance management frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting, statutory filings, and audit coordination across multiple legal entities
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including experience supporting U.S. public company / Nasdaq-listed environments
• Design, implement, and continuously enhance internal controls, governance structures, and risk management frameworks
• Lead or support equity and debt fundraising activities, including preparation of investor materials and engagement with investors and financial institutions
• Manage treasury operations, cash flow planning, liquidity management, and capital allocation across the group
• Support investor relations activities and financial communications with boards and key stakeholders
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including systems improvements, reporting automation, and scalable processes
• Oversee finance operations across cross-border and multi-entity structures
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team with clear accountability and succession planning
• Provide hands-on leadership while maintaining a strategic, enterprise-level perspective
• Partner with external advisors on audit, tax, compliance, and corporate structuring matters

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 10+ years of finance leadership experience
• Proven experience in managing cross-border financial operations
• Strong leadership in stakeholder management and fundraising
