Job Scope:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting.
- Provide strategic financial advice and insights to the CEO, Board and senior management.
- Strengthen financial controls, governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee audits, taxation, statutory reporting and financial policies.
- Identify new opportunities for growth, service development and revenue diversification.
- Develop financial models and business cases for new programmes and initiatives.
- Identify and pursue government grants, philanthropic funding, corporate sponsorships and other funding opportunities.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government agencies, healthcare providers, social service organisations, corporates and community partners.
- Conduct market and financial analysis to assess new services and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Drive innovation, cost optimisation and resource allocation to support long-term sustainability.
- Establish KPIs to measure financial performance, operational effectiveness and social impact.
- Support the development and execution of the organisation's long-term strategic plans.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred.
- Min. 8-12 years of relevant finance and leadership experience, preferably in a senior financial management or CFO capacity.
- Experience in community care, healthcare, social services, charity, non-profit or social enterprise sectors is preferred.
- Strong experience in financial modelling, budgeting, strategic planning and business development.
- Experience in funding, grants, fundraising, strategic partnerships or organisational growth initiatives.
