Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the company's long-term vision, strategy, and growth plans
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the organization
2. Business & Financial Performance
- Oversee overall P&L, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track business performance
- Optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation
3. Team & Organizational Leadership
- Build, lead, and develop a strong leadership team
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture
- Ensure effective communication across all departments
4. Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for shareholders, partners, and key clients
- Represent the company in external engagements, including business and industry events
- Maintain strong relationships with investors and strategic partners
5. Operations & Governance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate governance requirements
- Oversee risk management and business continuity planning
- Ensure alignment between strategic goals and operational execution
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and profitability
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in IT consultancy is preferred
- Understanding of the China market, including business environment, regulatory landscape
