Job Descriptions:
Team Leadership & Operational Management
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Lead and manage the PEM HR Team and PEM SG Admin Team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Supervise employees work performance and provide feedback, coaching, and support to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct interviews, participate in selection, and oversee the training and onboarding of new team members.
- Propose and implement improvement plans, workflows, and policies to improve team performance and service delivery.
Confinement Nanny Management & Deployment
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PEM HR Team, including arranging and deploying confinement nannies (CN), handling grievances, fostering positive relationships, and maintaining ongoing CN collaboration with PEM.
- Assist in coordinating and dispatching confinement nannies to their respective work locations.
- Handle all matters related to confinement nanny hostel arrangements and administration.
Work Pass & Administrative Coordination
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PEM SG Admin Team, including timely processing of CN work permits and special passes, verification of vaccination status, and accuracy of remote nanny bonus entries and payments.
- Manage the application, cancellation, and extension of confinement nannies work permits for clients.
- Handle the application, cancellation, and extension of confinement nannies special passes, including liaison with MOM on related payments.
Payment, Documentation & Claims Management
- Manage administrative processes related to confinement nanny payments, documentation, reimbursements, and insurance claims.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper record management across all HR and admin processes.
Operational Support & Inventory Coordination
- Assist in the ordering, preparation, and dispatch of herbal packages to support operational needs.
Market Awareness & Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed on relevant market trends, including confinement nanny salaries, cross-border measures, healthcare regulations, attrition factors, and employment laws.
- Apply market and operational insights to strengthen decision-making, improve processes, and support departmental targets.
Job Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of working experiences liaising with confinement nannies in the baby and mother care industry.
- Must possess at least Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in any disciplines.
- Must be willing to travel to Malaysia for team meetings and support business functions.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin-speaking confinement nannies).
- Must have at least 2 years of experiences in leading a team.
