Roles & Responsibilities

. Plan, monitor and execute Company's overall sales strategy.

. Provide inspiring leadership.

. Provide technical insight as well as direction to technical managers and team.

. Presents monthly updates on the status of the company's operations to the Company's shareholders.

. Develop the company's culture and overall company vision.

. Work with the executive board to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.

. Act as the primary spokesperson for the company.

. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company.

. Identify problems and opportunities for the company.

. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.

. International experiences to provide company's global growth opportunities.

Requirements:

. Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering.

. Minimum 10 years of working experience of which at least 5 years of experience in a senior management position.

. Technical knowledge in High Power Industry particularly in Power Transformer and High Voltage Testing.

. Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.

. Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.

. Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.

. Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.

. Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
