Explore the technological trends in the market, develop R&D directions, and propose new business opportunities for middle and long-term sustainability.
Act as the Company's representative in communication of important decisions to its stake-holders. Lead a team of senior executives for overall management of the Company's worldwide offices. Closely monitor the progress of KPIs and budgets and implement measures to secure accomplishments.
Foster and build up a high performance and result-driven culture. Create a positive and harmonized work environment to fully expose the potential and productivity of employee teams.
Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure smoothness of the Company's business and growth.
Job Requirements
PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optics, or a related discipline.
At least 15 years of experience in optical product development, strategic planning, and commercialization in global settings.
Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale product development programs.
Experience in business development, product marketing, and strategic planning across US, APAC, and EMEA markets.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
