Job Summary

Support the Executive Chef by managing and training outlet staff, planning culinary activities, and enhancing customer service to uphold company standards and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the General Manager or designated senior officer to align outlet operations with company goals
• Assist the Executive Chef in managing and training outlet staff and direct reports to ensure effective team performance
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and direct all food preparation and culinary activities to meet quality standards
• Modify existing menus or create new menus that comply with company quality and customer expectations
• Estimate food and labor costs to optimize resource allocation and control expenses
• Prepare operational reports, forecasts, and staff rosters to support outlet administration and scheduling
• Provide food and beverage service support while maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the outlet environment
• Implement and uphold customer service practices to increase outlet ratings and ensure positive customer experiences
• Maintain the company's image and reputation through consistent service excellence and adherence to standards
• Comply with all company regulations and directives, applying best skills and efforts to advance business interests
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support outlet and company objectives
