Research Support: Assist in conceptualizing, planning, and executing both quantitative and qualitative research with specialized populations in the social service sector.
Data Management: Set up and manage datasets of varying complexities (e.g., client-centric, time-series data), ensuring accuracy and quality control.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with clients and stakeholders to facilitate data collection, building strong communication and client engagement skills.
Data Analysis: Process and analyze data using tools such as Excel, R, SPSS, and other relevant software.
Reporting & Presentation: Communicate research findings through data visualization and presentations to stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work independently while collaborating effectively within a project team, contributing to research updates and the smooth implementation of research projects.
Documentation & Process Support: Assist in the documentation of research processes and ensure the completion and quality of datasets.
Capability Building: Contribute to the development of materials for corporate functions, such as infoposters and presentations.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related social science discipline.
Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with experience in statistical analysis.
Familiarity with tools like Excel, SPSS, R, or similar data analysis software.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Highly organized, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
