Role Overview
Your key role is to provide administrative and coordination support to the Business Development Department (BDD). This covers office administration, corporate communications, marketing support and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Records
- Manage day to day administration, record maintenance, filling, purchase order preparation, petty cash claims and document control.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, databases, and shared drives.
- IMS support to cover generation of Tender IDs and SAP responsibilities.
Corporate Communications & Marketing Support
- Work with Marcom BD to coordinate Corporate Communications including media monitoring and preparation of any related media tasks.
- Oversee and coordinate production of corporate materials, marketing collaterals, and corporate gifts.
Events & Client Engagement
- Support planning and coordination of corporate events, exhibitions etc.
- Prepare to assist BDD lead to host clients in office. Preparation of coffee and snacks the day before.
Other administrative details
- Be aware and maintain renewal of deadlines of various licenses/ renewal/application (e.g. BCA Contractor's Registry, I.E Singapore's Double Tax)
- Maintain HR related records in the share space, Responsible for Rotary Intranet (BDD).
- Prepare for any onboarding materials for new joinees.
Requirements
- Preferably GCE O / A Level or Diploma in Business Administration
- Preferably 2 year experience handling general administration and/or secretary's duties.
- Proficiency in MS Words, Excel and Power Point
