- Safety & Compliance
- Follow up on closure of actions in Safety Case Improvement Plans with MHD
- Lead stakeholder engagement on annual improvement plans and MHD responses
- Process Improvement
- Participate in process confirmation observations
- Track and follow up on actions from problem-solving and process reviews
- Coordinate with stakeholders to complete white belt improvement actions
- Operational Performance Management
- Ensure completion of annual AOPS drills across all entities (2026)
- Performance Monitoring
- Conduct Pareto analysis and follow up on improvement effectiveness
- Monitor customer satisfaction and quality performance metrics
- Update Global Ops Excellence dashboard for monthly reviews
- Prepare annual customer satisfaction survey for all entities (2026)
- Training & Change Management
- Support development of yellow belt training materials with CI Manager
- Has 3-5 years of relevant experience within O&G industries and a degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
- Able to travel to Jurong Island.
