Job Description:
We are looking for a R&D Laboratory Technician to support laboratory trials, process development, and technical operations within a research and development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development of materials, products, processes, and technology modules through lab and pilot-scale trials
• Assist in planning and executing experimental work and feasibility studies
• Manage raw materials, inventory, and lab operational requirements
• Maintain and improve laboratory procedures, documentation, and work instructions
• Support lab compliance, safety, and training activities
• Contribute to invention disclosures and technical documentation
• Provide operational support and coordination within internal teams
• Guide and train apprentices, students, and new staff on lab procedures
