. Support production workshops in analyzing and resolving technical and chemical issues

. Proposing technical and ergonomic improvements to processes

. Commissioning new equipment

. Creating P&IDs and updating them

. Managing projects related to process optimization (specifications, budget, cost tracking)

. Ensuring the planning, organization, coordination, and execution of technical projects

. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

. Create and update job descriptions

. Develop and optimize work procedures while ensuring compliance with documentation and manufacturing methods

. Participate in departmental risk assessments in support of the safety manager

. Actively participate in the inventory of areas within the scope of the position

. Implement and coordinate action plans.
