. Support daily kitchen operations
. Food preparation and creating menu where applicable
. Maintain and continuously seek improvement in food quality standards and service and operating standards to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
. Compliant to the mandatory hygiene and safety standards and requirements
. All other related duties assigned by SupervisorJob Requirements
. Able to work under stress and fast pace environment
. Preferable to have Japanese cuisine knowledges
