About Us:

Located in the iconic Marina Bay Sands, Sen of Japan is a modern Japanese restaurant and bar serving traditional Japanese cuisine with a contemporary touch. Crafted with the concept of freshness or Sen in mind, our menu features well-flavoured creations made using a medley of fine Japanese ingredients.

Job Description:

  • To work with the kitchen team to produce food to the highest standards.
  • To take responsibility for the daily kitchen operational paperwork, such as ordering, receiving, costing, etc.
  • To assist with menu planning.
  • To ensure proper usage and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
  • To report and where possible take action about customers complaints and compliments regarding food products.
  • To take responsibility for the adherence and compliance of all health, safety and food hygiene regulations
  • Provide training and development to other kitchen team members.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Japanese cuisine in a related role.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to commit retail hours, weekends and PH.
  • Diploma or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
