Job Description:
- To work with the kitchen team to produce food to the highest standards.
- To take responsibility for the daily kitchen operational paperwork, such as ordering, receiving, costing, etc.
- To assist with menu planning.
- To ensure proper usage and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- To report and where possible take action about customers complaints and compliments regarding food products.
- To take responsibility for the adherence and compliance of all health, safety and food hygiene regulations
- Provide training and development to other kitchen team members.
- At least 4 years of experience with Japanese cuisine in a related role.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to commit retail hours, weekends and PH.
- Diploma or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
